Q. Where do you ship from?



A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the UK, US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.


Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?


A. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). You can also track your package from Sortedfactory.com page.






Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?


A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product based on demand and shipping location.



Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card details online?


A. At Sortedfactory we understand that security when shopping online is essential. That's why the second you enter the order process, every piece of information that is transferred between you and us is 128 bit encrypted using SSL encryption. So even if it was intercepted, it would be useless information. Please look for the padlock when you enter the secure sections of our site. The small padlock normally appears at the bottom of your screen. You can also check the address bar, normally it will start HTTP://, however, when you enter the secure pages it will add an "s" therefore it will begin https://.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?


A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.


Q. Where can I place an order from?


A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.



Q. Where is your company located?


A. We have offices in beautiful countries: UK, Pakistan; Supply warehouses in the USA; High-Quality vendor contacts in China.


Q. Can I amend my order?


A. This depends on the status of your order, where possible we will amend your order. Please email us and we will do our best. Please note once an order status has been changed to 'Shipped' then we are unable to amend the order.
Haven't I received my order yet?
If you think your order should have been with you already then please check the standard delivery times below. Occasionally delivery can take a little longer so please allow 7 to 30 days before contacting us.


Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?


A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.



Q. Do you share my details with anybody else?


A. We do not share, sell or pass on your details to any other 3rd party.
